Egyptian Al Bostany Real Estate Development is carrying out 15 new residential, commercial, and administrative flagships in New Cairo and Maadi area, its vice-chairman said on Sunday.
A number of these projects in New Cairo are part of the Egyptian government’s Beit Al Watan, a project that allows Egyptian expatriates to own lands in their homeland.
The 15 projects are with investments estimated at 400 million Egyptian pounds ($22.3 million), Omar Al Bostany added.
“We had marketed around 250 housing units in New Cairo, with sales worth 200 million 200 million pounds this year,” Al Bostany said.
Al Bostany Co. plans to increase its sales to reach 450 million pounds within 2019, he said.
