Al-Futtaim Real Estate introduces unparalleled approach to its residential projects

Al-Futtaim Real Estate is set to debut a new residential project in Egypt during the coming months, the company’s managing director, Ashraf Ezz El Din, said on Sunday.

According to Ezz El Din’s statement to Zawya, the company brings forth an unparalleled approach to their current residential projects in the Egyptian real estate sector.

Ezz El Din said that clients can directly rent properties from the company, with the option of owning them later. This comes as an option instead purchasing the properties outright, he added.

“This innovative approach establishes a new standard in the Egyptian market and allows for direct engagement with the brand” he said

He also said the company is fully committed to creating thriving communities, such as its Cairo Festival City (CFC) project which contributed to reviving the New Cairo area.

“As we continue to shape the urban landscape, our goal is to replicate the success and impact of our flagship project, Cairo Festival City,” he said.
