Al-Manfaz Initiative distributes 20,000 school bags to support education
Al-Manfaz Initiative, in partnership with Vodafone Egypt Foundation, successfully concluded the second edition of its Madrasset ElSaada Campaign.
The campaign, held under the auspices of the Ministries of Education and Technical Education and Social Solidarity, aims to provide essential school supplies to underprivileged students in Egypt.
With the support of sponsoring companies, the initiative distributed over 20,000 school bags to students in 13 governorates. Additionally, two schools were renovated, and 5,000 students were registered to receive quality education.
Kareem Mekki, CEO of Focus Experiential Marketing Agency and Founder of Al-Manfaz Initiative, expressed gratitude for the support from the Ministry of Education and Technical Education and the sponsoring companies. He highlighted the campaign’s alignment with Egypt’s sustainable development goals and its positive impact on targeted communities.
“The success of the second edition is the result of the sustained partnership for the second consecutive year with Vodafone Egypt Foundation and other participating companies in the initiative.” Mekki added.
For his part, Ayman Essam, Vodafone Egypt’s External Affairs and Legal Director, emphasised the importance of empowering students and local communities through education.
“Vodafone Foundation’s involvement in initiatives like this aims to improve the quality of education in Egypt, and is a significant step towards achieving the Foundation’s goals of preparing future generations capable of uplifting the community.” Essam noted.
The Madrasset ElSaada Campaign is part of Al-Manfaz Initiative, launched in 2023 with the aim of providing educational support to underprivileged students in Egypt.
