A doctor at Egypt-based Children’s Cancer Hospital Foundation 57357 decided to dress up as a clown when he knew that a child is sad and disappointed before taking his chemotherapy session.

In the photo, the doctor and nurses are trying to cheer up the child using soap bubbles playing their role as angels of merci and happiness.
