Estonian tour operators have decided to go on with their tourist destinations plans for Egypt for the next winter, the Egyptian Ambassador to Helsinki told Amwal Al Ghad on Saturday.
Egypt’s Ambassador to Helsinki, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Hamid Kassem said as the current security crisis starts to signal a relative breakthrough, the tour operators in Estonia decided to go on with their upcoming winter tourist plans for Egypt.
This comes after some European countries have recently issued travel alerts warning their citizens not to travel to Egypt due to the unstable security situation. In addition, some global tour operators have canceled their trips to Egypt till mid-September citing security concerns.
