Asian markets briefing 07/06/2023

The majority of the Asian markets closed high on Wednesday with the Chinese main index, SSEC, rising by 0.08 percent to 3,197.76, gaining 2.42 points.

The Japanese main index, Nikkei 225, fell by -1.82 percent and lost 593.04 points to close at 31,913.74.

HSI, Hong Kong’s main index, soared by 0.80 percent and gained 152.72 points to close at 19,252.00.
