Asian markets briefing 23/05/2023
The Asian markets closed low on Tuesday with the Chinese main index, SSEC, dropping by -1.52 percent to 3,246.24, losing 50.23 points.
Nikkei 225, Japan’s main index, fell by -0.42 percent and lost 129.05 points to close at 30,957.77.
Hong Kong’s main index, HSI, inched down by -1.25 percent to 19,431.25 after it lost 246.92 points.
