Bank of Russia sells yuan worth 7.3b rouble

The Bank of Russia conducted a yuan sale on the domestic market amounting to 7.3 billion rouble ($79.3 million) on August 13, 2024, according to data released by the regulator.

This follows a similar transaction of 7.3 billion rouble on August 12. These sales are part of the bank’s ongoing operations in the yuan-ruble segment of the Moscow Exchange, running from August 7 to September 5, 2024.
