BETA Egypt is investing EGP 1bn in its flagship in Mostakbal City

BETA Egypt is investing 1 billion Egyptian pounds in its flagship BETA Greens Egypt New Cairo in Mostakbal City, the Chairman, Alaa Fekry, said.

He also noted that the company is planning to deliver the first phase of the project during the second quarter of 2020, adding that the company has completed 65 percent of the construction works in the project.

Fekry added that the project is scheduled for completion in 2023.

The price of the 25-feddan land plot has been paid in full to El Mostakbal Urban Development, Fekry revealed in a press conference on Tuesday.

It has been self-financed, he added, ruling out the possibility of resorting to bank loans.
