Egypt’s Brickzey Property Management Company has achieved contractual sales of one billion Egyptian pounds ($56.5 million) in favour of others during the first quarter of 2018, its chairman and chief executive Ahmed Selim said Sunday.
“The company is responsible for marketing about 100 flagships in favour of others, including five projects in Hadayek October area in Sixth of October City,” Selim further added.
Sixth of October City, which was established in 1979 by the decree of Egyptian the former President Anwar El Sadat, is 17 km (10.5 miles) from the pyramids of Giza and 32 km from downtown Cairo.
Moreover, the Egyptian official referred that Brickzey seeks to inaugurate a new branch in New Cairo and Heliopolis within this year.
