On behalf of the Egyptian Finance Ministry, the Central Bank of Egypt is set to raise today 182and 357-day treasury bills worth EGP 6billion.
Throughout its official website, the ministry stated that the first offering which is 182-day reaches EGP2.5 billion, whereas the second offering which is 357-day up EGP3.5 billion.
The Egyptian government is targeting the issuance of treasury bonds and treasury bills totaling EGP89 billion during the first half of the current fiscal year, targeting to attain 9.5% (EGP186 billion) deficit from the total domestic value.
