Citadel Capital Founds Insurance Brokerage Company

Citadel Capital (CCAP) has mentioned that the company is founding a direct insurance brokerage company with L.E2 million issued capital, through “Finance Unlimited Company for Financial Services.

Finance Unlimited is Citadel Capital’s fully owned Platform Company for financial services.

Sending a statement to the EGX chairmanship, Citadel Capital added that as soon as the establishment procedures are rendered besides the necessary approvals and licenses are obtained, the company will announce the establishment of the new direct insurance brokerage company.
