City Edge Developments to invest EGP 1bn in Etapa in 2019

Egypt’s City Edge Developments plans to invest 1 billion Egyptian pounds ($55.9 million) in its flagship Etapa in Sixth of October City within 2019, chief executive said on Sunday.

The real estate developer had started executing the residential project over 77 feddans during 2018, with initial investments of around 2 billion pounds, Amr El Kady told Amwal Al Ghad

“We posted contractual sales up to 11 billion pounds from marketing various projects in favour of Egyptian government’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in New Alamein and New Mansoura cities,” El Kady said.
