Egypt’s Concept Real Estate Group has completed 30 percent in the first phase of Siela flagship in North Coast, its chairman Ehab Abou El Magd said Monday.
Siela is built over ten feddans, Abou El Magd further stated, adding that the project’s total built-up area is 28 percent.
The Egyptian official referred that the project is to include 650 chalets, on spaces ranging between 50 square metres and 120 square metres as well some other services facilities, which will be developed in three phases.
“We expect to sell the first and second phases within next December,” Abou El Magd noted, saying that Concept has promoted 95 percent in the first phase and 70 percent in the second phase, through partaking in some exhibitions outside Egypt.
