CONSTEC to build units for SODIC, Porto Group contractual sales of $22mn

Egyptian joint stock contracting company, Construction and Design Co. (CONSTEC), is set to build housing units in favour of SODIC and Porto Group with total contractual sales of 200 million Egyptian pounds ($22mn), its managing director Talaat Fawzy said Thursday.

He added that his company has signed a contract with Six of October Development & Investment to implement 59 villas with various spaces to be completed by the beginning of 2018.

In addition, the company is responsible for carrying out 40 housing units on behalf of SODIC in Caesar Bay Resort project.

Moreover, the units in Porto Sokhna would include various housing units namely villas and chalets; to be delivered fully finished within a time frame of 18 months.
