NTA Software Design, which is affiliated to NTG, signed a contract of EGP 7 million with the aim of automating Aswan Company for Electricity as part of NTS plans for the water and electricity sector.
Marwan Effendi, client manager of the company, said his company made a profit of EGP 750,000 during the first half of the current year, expecting that the profit will reach EGP 10 million in 2012 due to the planned new contracts.
Many contracts have been put off because of the current situation in Egypt and the delay in forming the new government, which led to a decline in the company’s profits during t he first half of the year, he said, adding that NTS has ongoing projects with companies such as STC and Mobily, which are located in Gulf countries, and Rogilis in Canada. He also pointed out that the company has branches in countries like Algeria, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt and Canada.
Moreover, the company has signed a contract with the Federation of Medical Professions Syndicates to provide all internet services for the the Medical Professions Syndicate, including registering the date of the syndicate members and setting research mechanisms. He also affirmed that the company is also looking forward to conclude contracts with and with both the syndicates of physicians and Engineers by the end of this year, especially in light of the process of improving the service and facilitating it for its users.
