Anwar Al Sahragty, head of the commercial office in the ministry of industry and foreign trade, said the culture of the Egyptian product depends on the policy of export surpluses. This policy decreased the trust of the foreigner importer in the Egyptian market, and declined the volume of the exports.
Anwar Al Sahragty told Amwal Al Ghad that the Egyptian product is primarily for the domestic market then the global market. The global market, which is wide and includes millions of producers and billions of consumers, is not waiting for surplus. Also the marketing in the global market has a big chance, although it doesn’t have equation of distribution among the producers.
The Egyptian producer as well exporter called for respecting the global market, and planning for its production according to the market which will receive. The specifications which the domestic market needs are different from the global market, so the product should be stipulated at first in order to be marketed well in the global market.
