Decision on service fees for real estate sector in Oman
, Oman’s Minister of Housing, has issued a decision on new service fees in the real estate sector.
Article 1 of the resolution states:
- RO1 for issuing or renewing a registration certificate for each real estate unit for two years
- RO5 to replace a document
- RO5 for issuing or renewing the card of the director of Association of Real Estate Owners. The card is valid for two years
- RO5 for issuing a replacement of the card of the director of Association of Real Estate Owners
