The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) revised its economic outlook for Kazakhstan, lowering its growth forecast for 2024 to 4.0 per cent from the previous estimate of 4.5 per cent.
According to EBRD’s latest Regional Economic Prospects report, real GDP is anticipated to grow by 5.5 per cent in 2025, bolstered by the planned expansion of the Tengiz oil field.
