Egypt’s stock exchange (EGX) closed in green notes on Sunday, with the main index, EGX30 increasing by 0.84 per cent, to 28,602.14 points.
The Shariah-compliant index, EGX33 rose by 0.23 to 2,775.25 points.
The small to mid-size enterprises’ index, EGX70 surged by 1.13 per cent, to 6,293.21 points.
The index, EGX100 index inched up by 0.91 per cent, to 9,140.49 points.
The total market cap reached 1,923,264,277,173 Egyptian pounds.
The Arabs and non-Arabs foreigners were net sellers with transactions worth 6,324,991 Egyptian pounds, and 291,321,465 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the Egyptians were net buyers with a total of 297,646,457 Egyptian pounds.

- The shares of El Ahli Investment and Development (AFDI.CA) jumped by 19.98 per cent, to close at the price of 31.520 Egyptian pounds a share.
- The shares of Taqa Arabia (TAQA.CA) climbed by 14.88 per cent, to trade at the price of 12.350 Egyptian pounds a share.
- The shares of Egypt Aluminum (EGAL.CA) soared by 9.33 per cent, to the purchasing price of 104.030 Egyptian pounds a share.

- The shares of Rights Issue Of Sinai Cement -2 (SCEM_r2.CA) plunged by 69.59 per cent, to close at 0.066 Egyptian pounds a share.
- The shares of Raya Contact Center (RACC.CA) dived by 5.41 per cent, to close at 5.590 Egyptian pounds a share.
- The shares of Misr Hotels (MHOT.CA) sank by 4.62 per cent, to close at the price of 121.590 Egyptian pounds a share.
