Egypt auctions 50 lands for administrative, commercial activities in new capital
Egypt’s Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) is launching 50 land plots for auction in the new capital, to be used for administrative and commercial activities, said a senior official on Monday.
The land plots are located in in the area between the second and third residential districts in the new capital on spaces ranging between 3,000 square metres and 5 feddans, ACUD’s head of real estate sector Madgy Amin added.
“The prices are from 12,000 Egyptian pounds ($739,063) to 15,500 pounds per square meter, according to the land plots’ location,” Amin further told Amwal Al Ghad.
