Egypt inaugurates 1st 100% Vietnamese factory
Egypt inaugurated the first factory with 100 per cent Vietnamese investments, the Egyptian Cabinet announced on Wednesday.
The first phase of the factory includes 24 production lines, and spans over 34,000 square metres with a total cost of $30 million.
It is expected to have a production capacity of 300,000 tonnes per year, for the local market as well as export to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and USA.
Chairman of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in Egypt (GAFI), Hossam Heiba, and the Chairman of the EUP Europe Plastics, Hoang Quoc Huy attended the inauguration ceremony.
