Egypt launches 42 administrative units in New Valley

Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced the launch of 42 fully finished administrative units in El-Kharga City, New Valley Governorate, according to a Cabinet statement.

Each unit spans 100 square metres and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis through the Buildings Finance Fund affiliated with the ministry.

El-Sherbiny highlighted that the initiative aligns with directives from the political leadership to provide residential and administrative units that meet the needs of various segments of society, aiming to ensure suitable housing and investment opportunities.

Reservations will open on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at the fund’s headquarters in the 25th of January District in El-Kharga City.
