Egyptian Minister of Communication and Information Technology Atef Helmy leaves for Spain on Sunday to participate in Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in order to promote Egypt’s March Economic Summit.
Mobile World Congress is organized by GSM Association (GSMA) and will take place from 2-5 March 2015 in Barcelona.
The GSMA Mobile World Congress will convene industry leaders, visionaries and innovators to explore the trends that will shape mobile in the years ahead.
On the other hand, Egypt’s March Economic Summit is a key milestone of the government’s medium term economic development plan, which is designed to bring prosperity and improved social services to the people of Egypt.
Attracting leading global figures from business and politics, the Summit will highlight the extensive reforms the government has already implemented and showcase future reforms designed to restore fiscal stability, drive growth and attract investment with the overarching aim of improving the welfare of the Egyptian people.
The conference will also present investment opportunities to domestic and international investors across key sectors.
Moreover, March’s Economic Summit will reposition Egypt on the global investment map and affirm its potential as a source of political and economic stability in the region and a trusted partner on the international stage.
