Egypt’s FM lauds co-operation with Russia
Egypt’s Foreign Minister, Sameh Shoukri, commended the favourable progress in bilateral co-operation with Russia. Notably, this includes the large-scale projects within the Russian region at the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) and the Dabaa nuclear power plant, according to an Egyptian Cabinet Statement on Monday.
During his meeting with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Nizhny Novgorod, on the side lines of the BRICS meeting, Shoukri also expressed appreciation for Russia’s role as the current chair of the BRICS bloc.
