Egypt secures ¥35b Japanese fund for economic diversification

The Egyptian Cabinet approved on Wednesday financing agreements worth ¥35 billion signed with Japan to support the policy development programme for private sector growth and economic diversification.

The agreement seeks to boost private sector investments by enhancing the business climate and fostering competition while also promoting economic diversification and advancing green transition efforts.
