Egypt to join African Union’s CCICT next September

Egyptian communication minister Khaled Negm will join the ministerial session of First ordinary session of the African Union Specialized Technical Committee on Communication and Information Technologies (CCICT) in Ethiopia. The ministerial session will take place on September 3-4, 2015.

By participating in the ministerial session, Egypt targets enhancing cooperation with Africa on bilateral level with Ethiopia and on regional level in communication and information technology field to achieve development in developed techniques field.

Before the ministerial session, an experts’ session will be held from August 31 to September 2, 2015 with the participations of ministry’s representatives in private sectors, civil society, and workers in communications and IT sector.
