ITDA to Offer 300 Feddans in 5 Egyptian Governorates with EGP12bn Investments

The Internal Trade Development Authority is planning to offer around 300 feddans in 5 governorates by next December with EGP12 billion initial investments, Yasser Abbas, head of the authority revealed.

This offer will be the first phase within the Supply Ministry’s plan to offer the second generation of the commercial developers so as to establish logistic regions in all governorates, Abbas noted.

In statements to Amwal Al Ghad, Abbas explained that the offer of the first phase will be in Western governorates as about 82 feddans will be received, Ismalia with around 50 feddans, Beni Suef 133 feddans stressing that today it will receive 26 feddans in Luxor and it is currently negotiating over receiving 15 feddans in Assiut within one week, Abbas explained.

Moreover, he asserted that it is currently conducting the necessary studies of offering including tender and other measures in addition to determining the total investments.
