EgyptAir signs agreement to be partner in new Ghana-based air carrier
Egypt’s national carrier EgyptAir has signed on Thursday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to be a strategic partner for the establishment of a new air carrier affiliated to Ghana’s government.
The MoU was signed by Ghanaian Minister of Aviation Joseph Kofi Adda, and Hassan Mounir, Assistant President of EgyptAir.
The new carrier, which will be based in the Ghanaian capital of Accra, is designed to connect cities across Africa, in addition to launching flights to the two Americas.
