Egyptian GDRs in London Mostly Tumble on Wednesday
Egypt’s global depository receipts (GDRs) traded on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) ended mostly lower in values during Wednesday’s trading.
The GDRs of the Commercial International Bank Egypt (CBKD) fell by 0.13% to close at $5.84. Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding S.A.E. (OTMT)’s GDRs also dived by 4.47% to end at $0.85.
Meanwhile, the GDRs of Orascom Construction Industries (ORSD), Lecico Egypt S.A.E. (LECI), and investment bank EFG-Hermes Holding S.A.E. (EFGD) closed with no change at their values of $40, $3.50, and $4.5, respectively.
