Egyptian property developer Tabarak Holding is participating Sunday in the leading technology event in Africa and the Middle East, Cairo ICT 2016 exhibition, which is running between November 27- and 30.
Tabarak will be showcasing its latest projects, notably 90 Avenue which adopts smart life concept, combining between construction and information technology.
Ali El-Shorbany, chairman at Tabarak Holding Company, expressed his happiness to take part in the event, stressing the importance of technology in improving people’s life standards.
“Our company also works on providing our clients with the finest levels of prosperity represented in the smart homes the company offers.” El-Shorbany said.
90 Avenue is an ultra-luxurious project, located in new Cairo at the 90 road, facing the new American university. It extends over 200,000 square metres and is worth 3 billion Egyptian pounds. Each apartment is fully equipped with the latest technology such as IPTV, WI FI, fire alarm system and concealed air condition.
