Egypt’s agricultural exports increased by 24.6 percent to reach $3.566 billion during the 2022/23 season, compared to $2.860 billion in the previous season, a monthly report published by Agriculture Export Council showed on Wednesday.
The report also showed that Egypt’s exported crops witnessed a growth of 29.2 percent to record 5.669 million tons, up from 4.385 million tons in the prior season. The citrus fruit exports reached 1.987 million tons, during the current session.
