Egypt’s agricultural exports to China rose during the first eight months of the year, theTrade Representation Agency said on Tuesday.
The Egyptian representation office in Beijing said in a report Egyptian exports of citrus reached 134 million dollars in that period at an increase rate of 65.8 percent compared to the past year.
Egyptian exports of grapes to the Chinese market in that period reached 3.3 million dollars compared to 1.2 million dollars.
Also, strawberry exports hit 11.2 million dollars at an increase rate of around 115 percent compared to the previous year, added the report.
