Egypt’s Al Ahly to develop PPP residential project in Q1-2020
Egypt’s Al Ahly for Real Estate Development Company says it plans to start the construction works of a public-private partnership (PPP) residential project within the first quarter of 2020.
Located in Sixth of October City, the new project will be developed on a space of 144 feddans in partnership with the country’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), announced Al Ahly’s chairman Hussein Sabbour on Tuesday.
“Sabbour Consulting has been mandated to execute the engineering designs of the project, which is set to include housing units and villas, besides commercial and entertainment services,” Sabbour further told Amwal Al Ghad.
The new flagship will be the biggest urban project to be developed within a timeframe ranging between four years and five years, he said.
