Egypt’s Alhayah for Urban Planning to launch Alhayah Gardens this month
Egypt’s Alhayah for Urban Planning and Development will launch its residential project Alhayah Gardens resort in North Coast within this month, said chairman Mansour Taher on Tuesday.
With investments of 300 million Egyptian pounds ($16.8 million), the project is to be established over 110,000 square metres; 60,000 square metres to execute 139 villas and 50,000 square metres to build a club, said Taher.
“The first phase will include 40 units,” the official said, adding that the real estate investment firm seeks to deliver Alhayah Gardens in three phases within 2021.
