Egypt’s property marketing firm, Capital Real Estate has inaugurated its new branch in Alexandria, the country’s second largest city, said a senior official on Wednesday.
This comes as part of the firm’s plan to market a number of national projects in New Alamein, northwest of Cairo, and New Administrative Capital, 45km (28 miles) east of Cairo, within the next period, general manager Sherif Fathy said.
“We are looking to open new branches in different governorates within 2019,” Fathy said, adding that Capital Real Estate’s main headquarters is located in New Cairo.
Capital Real Estate was established to serve buyers and investors in the new capital, where the firm is specialised in marketing projects in real estate activity.
