Egypt’s state-run El Nasr Company for Building and Construction (EGYCO) says it targets sales of 100 million Egyptian pounds ($5.7 million) from launching part of housing units in Green Yard project in Sixth of October City within 2018.
Green Yard is a residential flagship for EGYCO that will be executed on a space of 25.7 feddans, said its managing director for financial and administrative affairs Osama El Husseiny on Tuesday.
El Husseiny further added that Real Mark, the country’s marketing property firm and is affiliated to Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD), is promoting the project’s units within the current period.
“The project is to include implementation of 47 fully-fledged residential buildings as well as a services and commercial area,” the Egyptian official stated, referring that Green Yard’s total cost will reach 110 million pounds.
