Egypt industry: Govt. assures investors of efficient land allocation

Egyptian Minister of Industry and Transport, Kamel El-Wazir has reassured investors that their legitimate requests for industrial land will be given due consideration and processed promptly. During his weekly meeting with investors, El-Wazir emphasised that any delays in the application process will be communicated transparently with clear explanations once a complete application is submitted.

To facilitate the identification and allocation of industrial land, he said the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities is working closely with the Industrial Development Authority (MTI) to announce available plots in new cities.

El-Wazir concluded by emphasising the importance of ongoing communication and coordination between the Ministry of Industry and all stakeholders involved in the industrial land application and operational processes.
