Egypt’s state-run construction firm Hassan Allam targets delivering 131 units in Sheraton Heliopolis Housing Project at the end of 2017, at a cost totalling 600 million Egyptian pounds ($33.6 million).
Chairman Abdullah Khairy said Monday that the project, which is one of Hassan Allam’s biggest flagships in Cairo, includes services and commercial works.
Hassan Allam is set to start developing more residential projects in New Cairo and Alexandria, in partnership with a number of the country’s real estate developers within next year, Khairy stated.
The Egyptian official further added that the residential projects would be with expected investments worth more than 1.5 billion pounds, as a part of Hassan Allam’s expansion scheme to increase the company’s profits.
