Egypt’s state-run Misr Petroleum Company is planning to complete adding 77 new fuel stations in various governorates nationwide within 2017.

The new stations are set to meet the growing needs of citizens and various state sectors from petroleum products annually.

Mohamed Shaaban, chairman of Misr Petroleum, told Amwal Al Ghad on Tuesday that his company had already completed running around 17 stations during the period from June until mid-May 2017.

The company plans to complete running the remaining 60 stations at the end of December 2017, Shaaban stated.
