Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology will renew in the coming days a protocol on cooperation to develop the technological structure of the country’s tourism sector.
According to Minister Atef Helmy, the protocol was originally signed with the Egyptian Tourism Ministry.
Helmy stressed that tourism industry is one of the most important sectors that remarkably contributes to Egypt’s GDP.
Egyptian ICT Ministry is seeking to apply several services in the next period, including call center services provided in seven languages to serve tourists and provide them with tourism programmes, he added during a conference held on Sunday to review the performance of the Egyptian tourism throughout 2014.
