New Giza eyes EGP2 billion Contracted Sales at end-2015

New Giza for Development and Construction targets contracted sales of two billion Egyptian pounds (US$ 263.5 million) by end of 2015, executive director Omar Bahgat said.

Bahgat stated that such plan would be triggered by current improved economic situation in Egypt alongside the country’s upcoming Economic Summit next March. In addition, New Giza seeks to make best use of the recent amendments to real estate regulations.

Moreover, New Giza also is also planning to pump this year one billion pounds to carry out execution works on more units in the first phase of its project in 6th October City.
