Egypt’s Maadi Company for Development and Construction says it targets total sales of six billion Egyptian pounds ($331.5 million) from its flagship Maadi View in El Shorouk City within two years.
Maadi View is one of the company’s biggest ongoing housing projects.
Fahd Derbala, Maadi’s chairman, said Wednesday that the project is carried out on a total space of 139 feddans, with cost of four billion pounds.
Maadi View includes 3,000 housing units with various spaces, Derbala further stated, adding that the flagship is implemented in four construction phases.
“We launched the first phase earlier in February on a space of 50 feddans,” Derbala noted.
