Egypt’s Marseilia Group braces for a new housing project in Nasr City in H2

Egyptian property developer Marseilia Group is planning to execute a new housing project in Nasr City district within the second half of 2017, with investments worth 600 million Egyptian pounds ($33.2 million).

Yasser Ragab, Marseilia Group’s chairman, told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday that his company is carrying out the project in partnership with one of the country’s real estate developers that owns the land plot.
