Egypt’s real estate developer, Marseilia Group has posted contractual sales worth 750 million Egyptian pounds ($46.4 million) during the first five months of this year, said its chairman on Sunday.
“During the first quarter, the company succeeded in achieving other sales before the coronavirus crisis that affected the real estate sector,” Sherif Heliw further told Amwal Al Ghad.
Marseilia Group plans to launch a new project in partnership with a UAE-based entity, with investments exceeding 10 billion Egyptian pounds ($618.4 million), Heliw added.
“We also seek to launch a mixed-use project in the Nile Delta town of Banha,” he said.
