Egypt’s property developer Marseilia Group is planning to launch three fully-fledged housing projects in Nasr City and Upper Egypt cities before the end of 2017, chairman Yasser Ragab said Thursday.
Ragab did not reveal the location of the third project.
Ragad added that Marseilia is executing the first project, located in Nasr City, in partnership with another firm which owns the land plot.
The initial investments of the first project are worth 600 million Egyptian pounds ($33 million), he stated.
As for the second project, the Egyptian official said it is in Upper Egypt in order to vary the company’s project portfolio there.
