Egypt-based real estate company, Misr Al Mahrousa Real Estate Development, will completely deliver its flagship project Ashgar Darna by the end of 2017, its Chief Executive Officer, Mostafa Aboul Fotouh said Wednesday.
With total investments worth 2 billion Egyptian pounds (US$255 million), the project consists of a land mass of 22 feddans by the Maadi City Center shopping mall on the Ring Road. About 12.1 feddans (55%) are designated for buildings with the other 9.9 feddans (45%) are meant for greenery and roads.
Misr Al Mahrousa has finished 95 percent of Ashgar Darna of the two-phase project. In addition, the project encompasses 34 residential buildings, 5 glass-fronted residential buildings and 3 large 12 story commercial and administrative buildings, all built with immaculate quality.
The project phase I was called Darna which has been completely implemented by outsourced contractors. However, Phase II is developed by Misr Al Mahrousa and it was launched under the name Ashgar Darna which aims to surpass and exceed the previous, in terms of design, finish and amenities, giving the client a superior experience over all.
