Egypt’s net FDI surges 53% in first 9 months of 2021/22
Egypt’s net foreign direct investment (FDI) surged by 52.9 percent in the first nine months of the 2021-2022 financial year that ended on June 30, the central bank said.
FDI stood at approximately $7.31 billion in the first nine months of the 2021-2022 year from $4.78 billion in the same period in the 2020-2021 year.
