Egypt’s NUCA allocates 16.2 sqm for logistics zone in New Sohag
Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) approved to allocate 4,000 feddans (16.2 square metres) to set up a logistics zone in the southern city of New Sohag, an official said on Tuesday.
The logistics zone will be established in favour of El Araby Co. for Trading and Manufacturing, added Assistant to Minister of Housing for NUCA Waleed Abbas.
“We allocated a land plot on a space of 910 square metres in New Sohag City to execute a commercial and administrative project in favour of Good Line Group,” Abbas said.
Also, the authority assigned another land plot over 892 square metres in New Sohag to establish a commercial project there in favour of Saudi United Travel, he added.
