Egypt’s real estate marketing firm Real Mark says it targets initial sales worth 250 million Egyptian pounds ($14 million) from the 2020 Compound residential project in Sixth of October City.
The firm, an affiliate of Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD), was mandated by El Nasr Housing and Development to promote the project, which is being established in three construction phases.
“The flagship will include around 600 units, varying between apartments and duplexes, on spaces between 150 square metres and 200 square metres and with investments of 800 million pounds,” Naglaa El Saeed, Real Mark’s chairman, told Amwal Al Ghad on Thursday.
El Nasr Housing and Development plans to complete developing the project within 2020, El Saeed added.
“The first phase is to encompass about 250 units,” El Saeed stated, saying that Real Mark launched the second phase at Next Move Egypt that took place in Cairo from 14-16 December. The event is powered by Cityscape Egypt.
El Nasr Housing and Development is currently carrying out the project’s utilities networks, the Egyptian official stated, elaborating that the company is set to start executing the construction works of the second phase within early 2018.
